Salary: R434 505 - R434 505 Annually

<p><strong>Salary: An all inclusive remuneration package of R 434,505 per annum (including choice of basic salary [between 70% and 75% of package], the Stateâs contribution to the Government Employees Pension Fund [13% of basic salary] and a flexible portion). The flexible portion of the package can be structured according to the Middle Management Service guidelines.</strong></p><p><strong>Chief Directorate: Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Services. Pretoria.</strong></p><p><strong>REQUIREMENTS: </strong>âA three-year Bachelorâs degree or National diploma or equivalent NQF 6 Certificate in Social Sciences or a Security related field âSSA Vetting/Security Advisors course âAt least three (3) years security, investigation, supervisory and managerial experience at the level of Assistant Director (or equivalent level) âKnowledge of SSA environment will be an advantage âKnowledge of the National Vetting Policy Guidelines, Minimum Information Security Standards (MISS) and ideally formal training in the practice and principles on the execution of vetting fieldwork and general security screening âAbility to work independently and under pressure âGood communication skills (written and verbal) âGood interpersonal relations âGoal orientated person with strong leadership and conflict management skills âComputer literacy (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, etc.) âValid driverâs licence.</p><p><strong>DUTIES: </strong>âDevelop and implement an information security classification system within the Department âDevelop and implement an information security strategy as well as security risk management programmes within the Department âInteract with security-related and relevant authorities âConduct information security awareness programmes within the Department âAdvise on security around the core business of the Department.</p><p><strong>NOTE: </strong><strong>Please note that permanent appointment is subject to positive security clearance at level of top secret.</strong></p><p><strong>ENQUIRIES: </strong>Mr J.T.
