Experienced IT Manager

A company that follows a quality and performance based approach to conducting business is looking for an experienced IT Manager. Company is based in Alberton.

The successful candidate must have a Tertiary diploma OR degree with at least 5-10 years IT support experience. Must have at least 5 years management experience.

Requirements:
5 - 10 Years IT Support (PC s/Printers/Network).
Helpdesk Support.
System Design.
Network Administration.
Problem solving.
Experience in Medical Field/System will an advantage.

Responsibilities:
Helpdesk Support.
Onsite and telephonic support.
After hour support.
Hardware and Software Support.
Liaison with Internal and External clients to improve software efficiency.
Develop a full technical knowledge of systems and software.
Ensure network uptime of 99% (LAN and WAN).
Coordinate suppliers, contracts and support.
Manage department.
Manage IT budget.
Network Design and Maintenance.
Technical Advice to management.
Procurement of IT Equipment.
Maintain fixed asset register - IT Equipment

Must have own transport and valid drivers license.
